Richfield KOA Holiday

Such a nice place! The managers and staff were so nice and helpful. Leaves had fallen on our slides on our rv. One of the workers came with a ladder and a leaf blower and help us clear all the fall leaves. Definitely would recommend to rivers. And we will stay again!!

The camp ground is average. Our complaint is with the husband of the manager. We lost TV service and inquired as to the issue. The person working in the office (the managers daughter) said she was just a baby and couldn’t fix it. She also stated that the manager was out with the husband cause he was having surgery, and when they returned the issue would be resolved. Well they returned, and when we inquired about or tv issues the managers husband came to our rv and said you can leave tonight and there won’t be any charge. His mannerisms were threatening and upset my wife. We will never-ever stay there again. This is the worst experience we’ve ever had in a KOA.

We have stayed here twice in a couple of years. A great neat kept up on maintenance KOA. Friendly staff. Nice laundry area. Pool clean. Grounds pretty much weed free! A pet peeve of mine.

Host is curt and rude to guests, and not very accommodating. We asked for wood and was told they would bring it down later but they never showed up.  I have a 40' motorhome and the first site they assigned me was way too short so I had to go back up to the office to find a larger site. The new managers have no respect for guests and no follow up for requests. It felt like we were a nuisance to them. Terrible guest relations! I would give zero stars if that were an option.

Staff had excellent hospitality, bathroom were clean . Nice location,nice spacious sites . A great town to come to for a getaway or a extended vacation. It was our first time, wish we could have stayed longer, we'll definitely be coming again. A great place to stop! The Manzo family

This place is pretty good. We went over memorial weekend. We booked it solely off of the pool and being able to relax by the pool. We got there and the pool was closed. They told us it would be open the next day. We went the next day and they said like 4pm if it doesn’t rain. Well they never opened it. Someone would work on it for a little bit first thing in the morning then nothing all day. I just feel like maybe they should have gotten it taken care of before a holiday weekend or updated their social media or emailed people with reservations to let them know the pool wasn’t working. I would have canceled and went somewhere else…

Absolutely awesome place to stay!! Very clean and maintained camp sites. Clean and nice restrooms and showers. Bambi and her husband are the best camp hosts in the business. Even while recovering from a knee surgery he keeps this place in amazing shape. We have stayed here a few times and will definitely come again!

So friendly! I wish I had more time to spend here. Quiet and within walking distance of at least two restaurants, I enjoyed my stay. I had a tent site, which was equipped with a picnic table, fire ring, and water spigot. It was quiet and well maintained. I didn’t have a chance to use the pool, but it looked clean and welcoming. There are a variety of sites, including pull thru sites with individual fenced dog runs, deluxe cabins, and deluxe rv sites with upgraded patio areas as well as the more normal sites. My service dog was welcomed. Highly recommend.

Richfield KOA is amazing, beautiful surroundings, nice roomy sites with grass and tables. The best part are the people I'm sorry I didn't learn all thier names but I can say Brittany, Paul and the entire crew were so friendly nice people. Love this place perfect place to stay and explore the area.

I can’t say enough how much I love this place. It’s the cutest small town with so much to do. If you’re staying here for a week or passing by it’s perfect. This KOA is particularly is the very best. The people running it are even better. They work so hard to keep the place clean and homey. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in the area. As a female anywhere you stay you fear whether or not a place is safe. It is! You don’t have to worry about theives or mischief happening. Richfield is such a incredibly slept on place. Best mountain biking in Utah in my Opinion. I haven’t gone ATVing yet but Richfield makes me want to buy one. I’m telling you this place is where it’s at!
