We used KOA for a 2 night stop while traveling south. Easy on/off from I-95 traveling with RV. We were there in the off-season. Amusement park was closed. Staff was fantastic, and the park store was well stocked with necessities. Did not use laundry or bathrooms.
Very clean, went in the office season so it was quiet. Not like most KOAs, a lot more corporate than we are used to. Not overly outgoing or friendly in the office/store. The prices for items in the store are more like theme park prices, which was a little bit of a shock. The cleaning and grounds staff were friendly and working hard.
Very nice campground. Level sites with easy access. Well-stocked camp store with friendly staff.
Other than train noise, this is a great campground. Sites are spacious and well kept. Close to Kings Dominion with shuttle and service.
The staff is friendly and accommodating. We needed a spot for sleep and surprise at a KOA Holiday. The amusement park was a bonus. Can't wait to go back. The prices are very reasonable. KOA ALL THE WAY 👍👍
