Rio Bonito RV Park and Cabin

The best place I have ever lived! I have lived here for 7 plus years, and have no desire to ever leave :) Love it here, beautiful trees, and wild life. New manager Tiffany is fabulous! She is doing great things for our community, here at Rio Bonito! Our fabulous family here is very close :) I would highly recommend our park to anyone, who likes living in a friendly loving community! Sincerely Michelle 🌷

The Rio Bonito RV Parks are meticulously well kept because of their dedicated maintenance team and policy of the park owner. The office staff is very friendly and willing to address all inquiries. My husband and I have been long term residents for 10 months, and love the community of neighbors. The location of this park allows for easy access to the beauty of the hill country and reasonable drive to the city of Austin venues.

Had an amazing stay at Rio Bonito RV Park. Tiffany McCoy, Property Manager, and staff were so friendly and accommodating. The property and grounds are so well maintained adding to the beauty. Enjoyed walking the nature trails especially. Also fun to see the children on the park playground provided for them having a great time. Events especially for the children happen on a regular basis at Rio. Planning a return trip very soon. Rio Bonito is top notch.

We absolutely love Rio-Bonito, and the staff is what makes the difference! I had the opportunity to meet Tiffany and Janie at Taco Tuesday last week and really enjoyed their company! The management does a wonderful job making Rio a great place to live! I always see Mike and Karen zooming around the park as they insure the park stays beautiful and well maintained! John is just a pleasure to visit with, and is always hard at work! We really appreciate the wonderful and peaceful place you’ve created here for us to enjoy! High five for the whole Team!!!

I have been a full time resident at Rio Bonito for 3 years. I chose this gated park because it is a hidden gem with lush green cedar trees, and friendly neighbors with a sense of community. I had been RVing nationwide before, choosing to settle here when I visited with residents who told me of their longevity at Rio, responsive management to seeing that park rules were followed. With my travels nationwide, I learned that park rules are usually universal and are in place so a park is considered upscale like Rio and remains constant. Just like brick and mortar subdivisions, or apartments, rv people want the same safety, amenities, quietness, respectful neighbors and nice aesthetics provided by the park. Our park had been without a manager for several months and I was displeased with some residents who ignored park rules, with speeding when there are children riding their bikes, unleashed and barking pets. Quiet time was ignored by some residents. I felt no one cared or was listening. Tiffany arrived in late spring. She was friendly, visibly seen making daily rounds, if residents stopped her, she took the time to listen. When we reported breakage of equipment , rule infractions, those were addressed. I saw that repairs were made quickly, and speed limits were followed. Tiffany communicated via email to residents on status of repairs and provided alternatives for operation until major breakages could be repaired. Aesthetics around the park improved. Rio is a kid-friendly and pet friendly park. There are social activities where residents of all ages with kids and family attend burger night and taco Tuesday. I am so pleased with Tiffany as our park manager and all she has done in a few short months. I am once again committed to Rio heart and soul .
