This is where we stay in our RV full time, 30 amp. not many know that they rent by the month. They also have a house that is rented and have overnight camping. The bathrooms/ showers are always very clean. In addition to all of this they have a laundry room and guest house for the long term customer..Anybody like to shoot pool? All right on the South Umpqua River, beautiful and relaxing. No hotel here!! Just camping and a place to call home for now!!
Management is great. Park is clean and maintained. Good size spots the only thing was in my spot 25 traffic was a little loud. Clean bathrooms.
Despite the heat, we had an excellent stay here. A special note to those who plan on showing up after hours. The management has a bulletin board outside their office door where they hang your reserved lot information. I wasn't aware of it til the following morning when I went to check in. It has your pass codes to the gate, showers, bathrooms, and for the wifi. Management was super friendly and helpful. She even gave my boys free Popsicles and suckers. So kind of her. The property is well kept, and the spacing works out just right for pulling in and parking campers. There trails to the river where we kayaked and fished. We caught lots of small mouth bass, bluegill, and pumpkin seeds. We even took advantage of the nearby Dutch Bros coffee shop. Yum!
We stayed for a few days on a long trek home. The staff were very friendly and the park seems quite nice. It was blistering hot so we appreciated that there are trees. Our pull through site was gravel/dirt, pretty level and we could easily access all utilities. There is a picnic bench for all sites. The central restrooms were clean (though a bit warm); we did not use the laundry. The dog park was usually active and it seemed that owners were good about picking up. There is a trail down to the river and people were swimming in it. The park is convenient to restaurants & shopping.
The owners of this place do not give two craps about their employees. My best friend was pregnant they wanted her to work 11 days straight at 26 weeks pregnant and told her if she had anyone help her clean the rental she would be fired. Day 8 She had to clean the rental I was getting texts before she started cleaning and she was fine she felt good. By the end she was having cramps and didn’t feel great. She texted me stating she had a doctors appointment in a day or so and would be getting a doctors note saying she couldn’t do that. The next day she went into premature labor and had her beautiful baby girl. Unfortunately her baby ended up passing three weeks later do to complications of being premature. My friend was constantly communicating with upper management and they never once cared or even took into consideration when she came to them asking for help and was only met with a threat of termination. But to sum up this long lengthy review. They overwork their employees and don’t care about their health conditions and will push them to the breaking point. A baby girl is dead because of them, a mom is childless because of their greed and lack of compassion
