Excellent Cabin. Very cute and perfect for our gathering. The staff is super nice. Absolutely gorgeous walk to the river. Was an incredible first time at this campground.
Just came here to scout out potential places for a Christmas camping endeavor. Didn't get the guy's name but he was super attentive and informative. He even let us in an unoccupied cabin to see what it contains. Unfortunately I don't remember his name but he is in charge of 7 different campgrounds in the area. I can't say enough nice things about him and his conveying of information. He told us about the difference in pricing among the seasons and even had a pamphlet, it didn't have all the accurate information, so he told us to go to the website for up-to-date information. We walked along a couple different trails and even saw the are where the fish are restocked.
Wonderful Campground for our first travel trailer outing. The camp host that came over to greet us was incredibly helpful and showed me how all the hook ups on our trailer worked even. Great bathrooms with showers. We got a spot that is on the edge so our "backyard " is a wonderful little hiking trail along the river. If there was any down side it would the wasps that came out whenever food was around but that's expected. Fire bans started the day we arrived but we brought our propane fire pit so all was perfect still!
This is one of my favorite campgrounds. The bathrooms and showers are so clean. We stayed on the F loop and the spots are very spaced out. It is quiet and peaceful. There is river access everywhere! It is very beautiful here and the spots are huge!! Dog and kid friendly. This is a must stay campground!! Showers are now open all day. Full hook ups at most spots. Water is high again!! My favorite campground!!! We have now stayed at multiple sites on the F loop. Definitely my favorite loop. Pics of F5 with all our stuff and F7 is the empty pics. There is a playground and large exercise area for dogs here as well. We went July 8th weekend for our last trip and the water is pretty low! Can still float it for the most part with small rapids. Hardly any mosquitoes!!!
Was great!! Seen a black baby bear..was trying to crossed the river onto are side but he thought 🤔 for a minute and kept walking on the other side of the water. Thank goodness 🙏 they stayed on the other side. Nice camping spot. They also have nice bathroom showers.
