We pulled into Riverdance late on October 8th 2024. It was obvious they are under construction but there were many sites that were immaculate. We pulled into a pull thru. We worked with a lady named Kristen, who was very accommodating and met our needs. I would definitely recommend this place; especially once they're finished.

Absolutely the worst place we've ever stayed. They didn't tell us it was under construction, and our site was next to a pit and full of construction trash, and had been sprayed with pesticides so a sign said our dog or children couldn't be outside. We checked in online and never received a bathroom code or wifi. I went to the office in the morning and there was no one. It's right next to the highway and is basically a parking lot.

Even with the "discount" due to construction, the cost ($100) was an outrageous rip-off. We pulled in late due to vehicle issue. Our space was very sloped requiring extra work. Worst slope of any place we have stayed since leaving east coast. Shower was stiffling due to no/poor ventilation and floors were a huge slip/fall hazard. WIFI was poor. Barely slept with highway noise and the loud camp construction trucks starting early in the morning. Maintenance was poor with weeds growing through deck and frisbee golf area. We will not stay here again.

We recently stayed at River Dance when visiting the Glenwood Springs area. Location was great, right along the Eagle River. Proximity to the river and direct river access was one of the reasons we chose this park... however, there were some complications (see below). The good: Proximity to both Glenwood Springs and Gypsum / Eagle if you need anything. Lots of cool hiking trails within a short drive. The Ute Trail and the No Name / Jess Weaver Trail were both awesome. The views from the park were great. It also seems like the current ownership is investing a lot of money in this place (expansion) so I expect it will only get better in the next couple years. The bad: I've never been attacked by mosquitos like I was during an evening walk down to the river. So we were not able to really utilize the river access like we had hoped. Which sucked. And this isn't really the park's fault. Also weird that there is nobody on site, no office or shop like most RV Parks... if you want a snack or need some items. Also the site I got was not very level. I could not get my RV leveled without the front steps being like 2 feet off the ground. So I just dealt with it a couple degrees off. We're planning to go back to Colorado in a couple years, and I hope to see what improvements they've made!

Pretty location with full hookups although under construction it is not yet resort like. Very unlevel pull through. Dumpsters over full and bathrooms not cleaned for our 3 day stay. Not great WIFI. Very pricey for what you get but maybe price is driven by location? Hoping to see many improvements in the future.
