I only spent a night here but wow was it gorgeous. Extremely well kept and surrounded by beauty. Didnt use facilities. Verizon signal was almost non existent. Definitely worth a day or two!
A cozy cove along the Colorado River. Enjoyed a perfect day-hike and swim. Clean showers. Trails are short and easy with great views of calm waters, kyakers, and hawks flying high above towering rock cliffs. Peaceful atmosphere. Lovely space to meditate.
Great little state park along the Colorado River. Large paved sites. Boat ramp and easy access to the river for swimming and/or water toys. We enjoyed our stay here.
Lovely campground snuggled into a cove between rocky hills and with a lovely little bay on the Colorado. Nice and quiet at night despite being right off the highway. Very clean and well kept overall, including bathrooms and showers. Felt safe (as a solo female). Good hiking options too!
In good weather this is a great place to camp for the night. Right on the river, and has a beach and boat launch. Clean bathrooms and showers, RV hookups, safe. Warning- it gets very hot here in summer. If you tent camp, be aware that it’s right on the highway so there is road noise.
