My son and daughter-in-law got married here in November. It was an incredible experience for everyone - wedding party, family and friends alike. Instead of a wedding day, it was a wedding weekend experience. So much fun, love and bonding was experienced over the weekend festivities. It was such a great idea, and it worked out so well for everyone - young and old alike. The weekend allowed us to really get to know the families better and have quality time with those we love. Megan, Darci and crew were simply amazing and made the wedding couple's dreams come true. The accommodations, food, arrangements, etc., were all perfect. I just returned this afternoon from River Mountain. I stayed two night on the Meadow side in a Yurt. The yurt was incredibly warm and comfortable. This place is magical and far exceeded my expectations. The food was amazing and the host Darcy was incredible. Please do yourself a favor and visit this wonderful place. I can't wait to return in the Spring.
What an absolutely majestical place! What a perfect blend between rustic getaway and having all-that-you-need (and then some). The staff are all so accommodating and genuinely care about the guest experience. The yurts were cozy comfortable on a very cold weekend.
We just got back from our first retreat yesterday and are securing next year's reservation today. Our coordinator Hannah was all-knowing and patient with repeated questions and plan-changes. Darci was warm, accommodated our requests and made us all feel taken care of. The cabin exceeded our expectations, and the property was meticulously maintained and just the right size to explore while still being able to get everywhere by foot. The food was delicious, and the staff did a great job of adapting menus for allergies and dietary preferences. The yoga platforms, barn and greenhouse were well-equipped and enjoyable to practice in. Looking forward to coming back. 5 stars, great experience.
This place was so cute and nice. All of the workers were sweet and I loved how much you can do on your own without having to speak to anyone. Unfortunately my yurt wasn’t cleaned very well before I arrived. There was popcorn under the beds and wet coffee stain on the floor that i stepped in which i didn’t really appreciate. Also the wi-fi is very spotty but this is a good place to be if you want to be very disconnected. The food was decent, there were two very cute kitties and the land was very beautiful so I enjoyed my time.
