I can say that there is a reason this place was called "God's Country" even before it became an RV Park. And the people who run make it easy to want to stay here. I have had a positive experience from the first time I talked to them. There are trails to wander and interesting things to see and a lot of sunrise and sunset right outside your door. It's also within easy walking distance from basic shopping needs. A convenience store and a national dollar store location can practically be seen from the property. I think there are also local dining stops and auto repair nearby. (I have not verified those yet.) Auto repair and dining and a bar all within a few minutes walk from the property. The lake is down the highway a couple of miles. I guess I just have to wait for warm weather to really experience what this area has to offer.

Owner is very nice, place is clean, cheap cost and covers electric, sewage, water, and dumpster. Close to Eureka Springs, .5 mile away from a zoo and 2 miles from the lake! It's a great spot with wonderful night sky views and a very nice big firepit for everyone to enjoy. Was here for the 4th of July and the owner put on an amazing fireworks display for free!! Would highly recommend!

We inquired by phone what they charge and were told $20. When we arrived, we told her we would like to stay 2 nights, she said the total was $60. I questioned that amount saying we were leaving Saturday and only staying 2 nights, that the total should be $40, she said no, you are here on Saturday and need to leave by noon, I have someone coming in at 3. I said every park we have ever stayed at charges per night, not per day, finally she relented and said I will agree to $40. The first site she put is on was so unlevel, the autoleveling didn't work, we requested to move sites. When we attempted to empty our sewer tanks, we discovered they are 6" to 12" above the ground making it completely impossible to empty them, they also do not have screw on connecting so the hose just sits in the hole, after an hour of moving the trailer around hooking up 6, yes, 6 sewer connections, we were able to get enough gravity to get the tanks to empty, then we had to empty the sewer hose by hand because the sewer connection was so high off the ground. The sites are all huge rocks and right on top of each other, you would be walking out of your rig into the back your neighbors. There are no amenities, no shower or bathhouse, not even a place to discard your garbage. The water pressure was good. Do not waste your time or money at this park

River mist is now called God's Country under new managers who are super nice they don't get into your beeswax unless you have a messy camper on the outside and then they let you know about it other than that they're great people.
