The cleanest and nicest campground I've ever seen. The RV spots are very level so I didn't really need to do much to park the RV at all. Easy hook ups. Incredible variety of native bird species flying above to entertain us. The bathrooms and showers are nicer than the ones I have at my house. If I end up in the area again, I will definitely return here. The campground is VERY KID FRIENDLY. The jumping pillow and playground provided a place for all the kids in the area to congregate and play together. I've never seen our kids have so much fun!
We found this wonderful campground because it was close to our daughters home in Crestview. The staff was very helpful and could not have been any better! The campground is very nice, they have a laundry, bathrooms and lots of spaces. We used the storage area as well for a week and that was really convenient for us. You will not go wrong staying here at the location , the staff are friendly and very helpful and kind. We will be staying here again for sure!
worst place terrible ownership would not recommend was charged $365 for a site then told to move 2 Days later so they could accommodate someone else that never even showed up then paid another $100 for a deposit so the total was $300 for my site $165 deposit then when I left I left the site clean exactly how I found it and I left two days early called for my deposit and was told that they owed me no money that actually I owed them money for some prorated amount that they did for me which is a complete lie these people are liars nothing about their campground is good whatsoever would not recommend to a homeless person if it was free it's in the middle of nowhere you would think when someone pays the money that they're supposed to pay deposit included getting their deposit back would not be an issue I was harassed the entire time by maintenance these people are crooks I paid for four nights single before I ever paid for the whole month it's hard to believe that someone with that much property would not be willing to pay back a deposit that's due they never came out and took pictures of the meters in case you go over on power or water these people are unprofessional and karma I do not believe we'll be kind at all God bless
If you're like us and are going to use your Passaport America for a few nights rest before continuing on your travels, here's some FYI's on this campground. 1. Huge pot holes here and there. Drive slow to avoid any damage to your vehicle and/or rig. 2. If you get a site like ours (60) make a mad dash out of your vehicle & rig. The ground is full of red ants, literally everywhere. We carry the furbabies out and onto the asphalt to avoid them getting bitten. 3. If you use Tmobile or Verizon for your internet, know it's non-existent here. 4. If you plan on relaxing or using the internet in the clubhouse, it's ONLY open 8am-10am. 5. A lot of political flags, one of which has inappropriate language. You wouldn't want your kids repeating those words at school. Be prepared to just relax, read, cook, etc because you won't be streaming tv, on social media, or working if your a digital nomad who works remotely.
Such a great place to stay over while on a long distance trip. It was located about a mile off highway. They had the envelope for us at the office when we got in really late. They placed us close to office in an easy pull through site. It was dark so we couldn’t really see much, but it was woodsy and seemed really cool. Best part was we couldn’t hear the highway from the grounds. My husband used the showers in the early morning and said the water was hot and it was fine. We had water and power which is all we needed. We left early in the morning before sun rise. Price was so great especially since we only stayed 8 hours. Will definitely make it a stop every year. Thanks for accommodating us last minute on our way home for Christmas.
