Had a great stay at River Village RV Park. Was there for a week to enjoy riding a motorcycle and all the other outdoor activities. Weather was great as was the park owners. The park is under construction but none of the activity bothered us at all. Park is being done the right way and will be extremely nice when finished. It’s very close to downtown Paonia shops and restaurants

Best kept secret in Peoria CO. New development with spacious sites and full hookups. Beautiful views and quite. This RV Park was well thought out and beautifully developed. The owners Cecil and Pat are delightful people and will make your stay perfect. I highly recommend River Village RV Park as a place to stay if you are passing through or a destination site for extended stays in Paonia.

My husband and I got the very special and unique experience of getting to be the VERY first guests on their opening day. And what a special experience it was. The sites are just stunning and so well thought out, it is truly a beautiful and serene place to be. It is very clear and evident that the owners have put a lot of love and pride into making this space a special one. From being tucked up against an orchard to the beautiful waterfall, it is truly a gem of a place to stay. We look forward to more stays here and will happily spread the word!

New park, they are putting a lot of work into it. It is quiet and has really nice landscaping. The owners are really nice. We stayed here in our 37ft Class A with a tow vehicle for a week. Starlink and T-mobile were very fast, AT&T not great. Looking forward to coming back again and seeing all they have completed.

Lovely little RV park. Close to Paonia and Big B's. As a new park, the owners are still working things out, like some odd rules and no sign (look for the old Drive In sign and go into the construction office), and they are working on an expansion. We will definitely be back next time we are in town.
