Rates are comparable but they have their own electric meters and the light bills are outrages!!! People that live down there have cheaper light bills than people that are just there on the weekends. Roads are NOT maintained. Roads are gravel so the dust is so bad you can't open your windows. People speed down the roads(cars and golf carts) like they are out in the country not a campground. ΒΌ sticks of dynamite are a weekend ritual. Hardly any activities for kids.

The owners/management does not like to keep the trees trimmed up for safety reasons. They are way too expensive and they offer nothing at this campground.

Nothing fancy, just big river lots and some peace and quite. Not far from our house , and good seasonal lot prices.
