Riverside Campground - Free campsite

While we offer free camping options, please note that reservations are required for tent-only sites through recreation.gov.

• Tent-Only Camping: Our main attraction is the tent-only camping area managed by the US Army Corps of Engineers. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and stunning river views while disconnecting from daily life.
• Location & Access: Riverside Campground is located at 14968 Orange Blossom Rd, Oakdale, CA 95361. The campground is about a half-mile walk from the parking area, with no vehicle access to the sites.
• Reservations Required: Individual sites are available for $20 per night and require reservations through recreation.gov. Group sites are available for $50 per night and do not require boating activities.
• Boating & Water Activities: Bring your boat or raft and enjoy the nearby river for boating, rafting, or tubing adventures. Please note that rangers conduct regular checks for compliance with reservation requirements.
