Grab campsite 7 for a semi-secluded experience within an established campground. Private lake and reservoir access. Now if I not the primitive campers across the river could be quieter and enjoy the nature…

Cool location, but people will camp across the river in forest land. There were belligerent campers accross the river from us that stayed up until 3am. Luckily my kids went to sleep fast, because their language was really coarse given all the families within earshot. We relayed our experience the next day to the forest service employee and she replied... That will happen. Honestly that was a waste of a camping weekend. Why drive all the way out there when you won't even be able to enjoy the peace and quiet of nature.

We stay here on a yearly basis. Early season you can dock the boat against the riverside area, just know if later in the season the river is blocked off to boating. Great, clean campsites and decent shade.

Good spring and early camping spot when reasavor is full. Higher number spots have more trees. Lower number spots close to main road.
