Good for kids
Nicely laid out campground. Besides the lakes, they have a rock climbing area suitable for kids, a water feature and a miniature golf course. The store is relatively well stocked and the prices are not too outrageous.
The camp ground is ok, we got a full hook up and the spot 204 was filled with major ants, we asked to move they charged us a additional $5.00 a day for the same spot, no differences. I will give them that the bathrooms are clean. The lady in the camp store is rude. The mini golf course it torn to shreds and when you hit the ball it’s not on turf it’s concrete so it bounces in the water and then they charge you for the balls even though the course is in terrible condition! The big rental bikes have broken seats, they close early but still charge you for a full hour rental even though they changed their hours that day. They let campers dogs bark all day and night! Overall the amenities are falling apart! Sad, because it’s a beautiful park.
Very peaceful, felt more like a resort where you can stay in a tent, it's more like an RV park, not really for tents, but you could use tents, water park for kids, playground for kids if you know how to fish then good because if you don't then it's a great spot to grill... You can play miniature golf.
Love it. Weekly rates, full RV hook up, great staff and clean. The one issue I had was the showers, you cannot adjust the temperature and it was freezing. Other than that A+.
I like this place very much. There's stuff for the kids to do. Also there no problem if you want to bring so alcoholic beverages. I like it.h
