Carolyn and staff were awesome! They took us in very last minute and were very accommodating!! The cabins are dated but clean and cozy! Grounds are very well kept and the river is right there! Great for swimming and fishing! Best prices on the river for float service by far! Eureka Springs is just a short drive down the road! Great location!
We loved our stay here! Carolyn and her husband are down to earth, kind, helpful people. The cabin was modest but clean and right on the river! It was easy check in and check out. We love how they also drive your car back, so once you’re done floating it’s right there at the cabin. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for a get away on the river! Also, the grounds are very well kept and have kitties running around. They don’t bother you, but I loved it!
I've stayed here twice, once by myself and once with my 7-year-old daughter, and both times were great. Carolyn and her husband are super nice people. The cabins are well-kept. The grounds are nicely mowed and well-kept. No problems.
It brings me back to the 50's and 60's. Owners are very friendly and easy going. Very quiet and peaceful. You can see the river out the front windows. Being in a valley phone and internet is poor at best, but if you want a vacation without being hounded by calls or kids with their nose stuck to the screen of their video games then this is a breath of fresh air. The cabins are dated and the owners will tell you up front, but to meet adds to the charm of this place. If you want to do the Eureka Springs tourist thing it's only 5 miles down the road and a Walmart only a couple miles away in Berryville. This is our new go to place to relax.
An amazing place to stay, right a perfect spot on the river. They make you feel like family there. No Wi-Fi so the kids can do other stuff other than have their faces buried in their screens the whole time. Absolutely loved our stay and will be back again!
