Every staff member I interacted with was so kind. The rooms/cabins were a good size, came in super clean, beds were comfy, and had everything we needed for our trip. Thanks for housing us!! We are super grateful!!!

5 stars from me! I accidentally booked for the night after we were due to arrive but Gail kindly allowed and assisted me to change my booking even though I made a non-refundable booking. We stayed in one of the Family Condos. It was modern and in perfect condition. It had a full kitchen where we cooked pizzas bought from the onsite store. Would definitely recommend.

Less than desirable experience at the Riverside Resort. I made the booking for a split-level condo with two queen beds directly with the hotel through their website via email. Upon arrival we were put in another accommodation that had one queen and two single beds. When speaking to the manager I was told we were "upgraded" We were with a large group so when speaking to everyone else about pricing I was shocked to know I had paid DOUBLE what everyone else paid and did not get what I made the reservation for. Long story short the manager got so heated and enraged when trying to come to a conclusion he ended up walking off cursing and slamming doors into the staff room but feet away. The way it was handled was super disappointing and unprofessional and does not make me want to rebook here again. Not to mention, there is a $50 fee if you fail to wash and put away your own dishes… Our large group will not be staying here next summer. **Response to the owner** In order to keep this fully transparent I need to clarify some incorrect detail you have added. Firstly, regarding the price concern, you are correct, there were multiple avenues our group used to book accommodations but typically booking directly through the venue warrants the best price. As for the the reservation, it is meant to hold the room you reserve, not just get what you get when you get there, which is the point I think you are missing. Bottom line I reserved two queen beds and received one. Lastly, As for the refund you are incorrect. You did not offer me multiple solutions. After much debate I was ultimately offered $30 per night which came to a total of $69 dollars, not $100. You also did not offer me a full refund with the option to check out early, if that was the case I surely would have taken that offer and not felt the need to write this review. You are are also blatantly lying about two others from our group leaving 5/5 reviews, that did not happen. I can say you addressed this google review promptly but the owner certainly did not handle the concerns at the time professionally. Better luck in the future, and I truly hope your customers concerns are taken more seriously next time, not just the response on google.

Horrible Wifi. Couldn’t watch a movie continuously because the internet kept stopping/disconnecting every 3 seconds. Suite is good, has everything you need. Can be loud during the day when staff does maintenance/fixes something. Not enough lamps in the suite. Asked them to fix the overhead stove/microwave light, but they only fixed one light instead of both.

not a first time stayed here, but seems like the manager changed maybe? They canceled my reservation and gave it to another family, without notifying me (to make more money perhaps). Had to switched rooms, and that is not fun with 3 kids. CEO Paul: "It should not have happened but the only thing we can offer - is our sorry"... Have never experienced such an unpleasant stay.
