Tent campers can also expect designated areas, possibly offering a choice between more secluded, primitive sites and those closer to shared amenities. Standard services typically found at RV parks and campgrounds include clean and accessible restrooms with showers, laundry facilities for extended stays, and readily available potable water sources. For added convenience, Riverside RV Park likely has an on-site management team to assist with check-in, provide information about the local area, and address any needs or concerns that guests may have during their stay. They may also offer basic supplies or a small camp store for forgotten essentials.

The features of Riverside RV Park are designed to enhance the overall camping and RV experience. Given its name, direct access to the river is likely a primary feature, potentially offering opportunities for fishing, kayaking, canoeing, or simply enjoying the water's edge. A quiet place to spend a night or two if you're side by side riding the many forest service/national forest roads in the area or hunting fossils at Fossil Lake. 30/50A hookups, sewer, water and flat, asphalt parking pads make set up a breeze. The spots are a little narrow for slides but you can make them work. Several reviews mentioned the rail line nearby but the trains don't blow the horns because there are no street to rail intersections in town. As the website reads, there are no showers or laundry available. Kemmerer is close and there are several restaurants to choose from and a nice grocery store for supplies. We enjoyed our stay and not only recommend but will stay here again on our next fossil hunting trip.

Very nice location in Kemmerer, right along the river and wildlife areas. Sites are long, pull-thru sites that have been paved with full hook-ups. Owner, Gordon, is super nice and friendly, offering assistance in any way. LOVED this little-known area in Wyoming!

We enjoyed our stay at Riverside. It's tucked away in a neighborhood outside Kemmerer proper, but only minutes away. We had a shady back-in site with the river up a small hill behind us. There are picnic tables and benches along the river behind the back-in sites, but not at individual sites. FHU worked fine. Reservations made online and it was a little confusing on arrival since there's no one in the office. You have to text (calling didn't work) to let them know you're there, then they will call with info. Worked out fine.

Picturesque surroundings for this creekside campground. Rv must be self contained, as there are no restrooms or showers. Quiet at night, was able to sleep peacefully.

Really nice small park. Plenty of room to pull in and pull through. No bathrooms but full hookups are available with fifty amp service. Very quiet and close to fishing and fossil hunting. Owners of the park were very professional and patient. Great place to see while you are rock hounding or fishing in western wyoming.
