We loved our stay here! Our rescue Chili Dawg loved being included on our adventure west. The location was perfect and the setting beside the Gunnison River offers a serene place to relax. While in Delta don't miss eating at A&M (name changed recently?) and exploring the nearby parks/trails. We were there in May and missed the peak summer festival season, so hoping to return soon❤️

Very fortunate to have a place like this in Gunnison. Evan the owner is an incredible person. Very helpful and caring. The staff is amazing. I locked myself out of my room and they were on site after hours in minutes. Very clean rooms, the sheets are very comfortable, and it feels like you’re in Colorado. They met all my accommodations. The rooms are fantastic. The atmosphere is incredible. I highly recommend anyone passing through to choose this place. It’s the best hotel in Gunnison hands down. Thank you Evan for everything.

This hotel also looks like it has an RV campground attached to it. The rooms are fine, but it seemed they were in the middle of improving the space. The shower/shower head was in an odd place, so when we turned the water on, there was nowhere for the water to go, but outside of the shower door... All over the floor. We cleaned it up each time we took a shower, but it seems like it may cause damage over time (and you end up using a bunch of towels to clean up the mess). There is a TV in the room, but you must sign into a streaming service to use it; there is no cable/dish service. There is an interior and an exterior entrance to your room, but you must make sure to have your key if you are returning to your room after 8pm, because the interior doors are locked at that time. We did not engage with anyone at the front desk at check in or check out, but someone was communicating with us via email, so we didn't have any issues, there. We thought there was one other odd thing about the room: they had a sign on the door indicating the price of each item in the room they would charge you for, if you removed those things from the room. I'm not sure what kinds of theft problems they've had here in the past, but seeing that sign didn't make me feel great. It honestly made me feel like I needed to take pictures of every one of those items in the room before we checked out, so we could prove we didn't steal them, in the case we were charged for them.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff was absolutely wonderful. Check in and out was easy, and the coffee was delicious. The resort is conveniently located. The grounds were gorgeous, and well kept. What a nice alternative to a hotel. Highly recommend!!!!!

Nice small hotel right on the Gunnison river. The room was really clean and seems to be recently updated. The outdoor patio was fenced in so we could leave the fur baby out there. Only complaints are the TV and non working coffee maker, but we always bring a small one with us for just this reason. Within 5 minutes of the downtown area where the restaurants are located.
