We visited a friend who stays here part of each year. We have family in the area and we like Riviera Resort and Marina. The rooms and units are well-maintained and comfortable. Family will like the quiet and being right on the river. Staff here are welcoming and helpful. We're looking forward to our stay and checking out this area!
My parents, Tillie and Willie Crane, had a Mobile home there many years ago. We all loved spending time at Riviera. As a matter of fact, Judy Cox is my beautiful aunt.
Not as good as it use to be! First time we went there it was amazing! Rooms are a great size and the view is amazing! Great pool and Marina! Now it is real hard to get someone to answer the phone when calling to make a reservation or ask a question. The rooms are clean, however, we had to check out a day before someone else had the room. If check out is 10 am, why can't someone else check in at 2 pm that same day? Most Hotels do this! Hardly any rooms were rented when we were there. In addition, the Manager's kid was begging us for money to play a game.
This is our winter home and happy place! Judy, Linda, and Mike do a wonderful job and make our stay so enjoyable. Our winter family of other guests have become full time friends! So glad the changes were made for the better!
