The staff were super friendly and helpful! The pods were stocked with everything you could possibly need ! An absolute gem in my opinion ☺️ the perfect getaway for all ages! Don't get me started on the hot tub and the view! Cannot wait to come back again !!
Went to visit family at the park. The swimming pool is awesome. The only thing wrong I found was the women's washroom changeroom/shower at the pool the water doesn't drain very good amd the floor becomes very slippery. And old becone a hazard to people.
Lovely spot for long term camping. Very friendly and helpful staff. New heated pool and new mini cabins lots of kid friendly activities.
After staying for two nights I feel I had to give my opinion. The most disappointing part of the entire stay, was the loud music, there are quite signs up for 11:00pm. However the first night music was playing very loudly until 1:30am. The second night it was close to 3:00am before my husband and I were able to fall asleep. We showed up late, as I told the owner when I booked I would be a late arrival. I had tried to call the number on the signs with no answer (even before arriving), I stopped two people and asked two others at the cabins for a contact number. Which no one was able to provide, what if my beaker tripped, or I had an issue with the water hook up, who would I be contacting? I tried to call several times, but then decided to text to which I got a response. I was told my key was on site, after looking where management said they had left it, it was not there. I was then given a code to enter and my campsite number. No map was provided, after circling the the RV park which is on a hill, and extremely steep in areas I texted again and said I was no able to find the site. Which is when management provided a map. Our 29ft trailer and truck we blocked off two roads backing in. The campsite itself was extremely small, it was all gravel, no fire pits and not a lot of privacy. The reason we booked this campsite was because of the playground and pool, the pool was not in operation, which I should have asked prior to booking, or should have been mentioned at the time off booking.
Beautiful views and surrounding amenities. We booked a newer 'pod' style cabin for our anniversary. The cabin was clean and had all modern lighting / bathroom fixtures. Few shortcomings in the way of only one window in the pod and no way to leave door open to vent the heat without mosquitoes and other biting flies also making their way inside. There wasn't a lighter provided to light the firepit or mosquito coils. Some patrons are non-mokers and don't have their own lighter handy. There wasn't a fly swatter provided either so made for some entertaining antics to try and rid the flies before lights out. The private hot-tub was modern, well maintained and clean. The listing states free internet but our phones were not able to connect (iPhone and Android) no matter what we tried. The staff reset the internet after we let them know but it still wouldn't work for us. The pods are further up the hill from the established campgrounds so perhaps signal just a little too weak in those areas. There is a BBQ provided but be sure to check the propane remaining in the tank before you start your grilling as ours ran out right at the end. There is ongoing construction in the campground so perhaps these minor kinks will be worked out the next time we visit.
