We're not Mtn bikers but had a great time nonetheless! Check out the sauna! Bring quarters for the showers. Good access to the trails & local dining, be prepared to drive ~30m. Definitely check out Cable, esp Tilly's pies.

Love this place, we have stayed twice. It’s a beautiful setting, the cabins are really nice, clean and efficient with a large window on the back overlooking the forest. There is a nice swimming lake only a few miles away too.

This place is fantastic! Love that it is set off a dirt road in the country but still close enough to towns to run in for coffee, food or outings. The cabins are perfectly set up and can sleep up to 6 people! They are simple but well designed. The fire pit has a cooking rack and they provided chairs. We will definitely be back!

Well-maintained and quiet campsite nestled in the Cheq forest with close access to trails. I have stayed here multiple times and only had great experiences. I realized today that none of the other reviews show the facilities. The cleanliness of the bathrooms heavily influences my mom’s decision to go camping. I am attaching pictures of the inside of the bathrooms to show how clean they always are. It feels like I’m using a bathroom in someone’s house rather than in the middle of the woods. Mom approved!

The location is fantastic, both from a nearness to trails and general ambience. I have come here more times than I can count. It's a quiet and friendly campground, and feels like being deep in the woods. Shower buildings are clean and spacious with good water pressure, though they are pay showers. There is also a free external pre-shower/bike wash station (aka a hose), which is a nice touch. The bathrooms are either the nicest pit toilet I've seen or centrally located plumbed unisex restrooms. Both are kept in good shape and all sites are pretty close to a bathroom. Campsites are spaced nicely and supplied with a large fire ring and picnic table. The sizing of the sites are not uniform, so if bringing a group or camper be aware. We were on site 11 which was fine for two tents and an awning, but the site across the road would have been too small. No electric/water hook-ups and very shaded, so plan accordingly. Campfire wood is for sale ($5/ bundle) and covered so it's nice and dry.
