Friendly people and affordable! This was our first time and we will be back. There is a shooting range next door but it didn’t bother us. We stayed for a month. The facilities are awesome. There is pickleball, tennis, mail, the best laundry we had all winter (top and front loaders!!!), a hot tub, pool, pavilion with activities and more! Close to everything and easy in and out. What more could you want! In order to get in there is an application process though. Also very dog friendly for most breeds!
Love this RV park. Great amenities, always something going on every day, and it is close to everything.
The park itself is okay. Extremely noisy as it sits directly off Gandy Blvd. The full time residents are sweet and the office staff is kind but the owner is a horrid human being. He is extremely off colored in his remarks and speaks to people in a very condescending tone especially the seniors he has working for him. They walk around like they are in constant fear of their jobs. The park has many potholes and minimal amenities. There is one pool, one hot tub an old tennis court, clubhouse and outdoor pavilion. The scenery is not great as these seniors seem over worked and under appreciated so they can not keep this place pristine. If you have to come here it's okay for a short visit. Not high priced but not priced according to specs
Beautiful shaded areas to park your RV. Activities, pool pavilion and other games. The girls in the office where very helpful and knowledgeable with all my questions about yearly rental.
Office gals -great. Always willing to help and very accommodating! If we needed anything they were always helpful. Especially Bobbie! Communication once in the park was not present. There’s a booklet for the month that was nice and gave an overview of the activities for the month and I heard there was a Facebook page but we could never find it. Loud!!!!! Right next to a major highway, we heard loud, fast driving all day/night long! And right behind our spot was a huge sound barrier wall because behind it is a shooting range campground that provided lots of extra noise too!!! If you’re looking to relax outside, those two things really make it impossible to do so except the pool and hot tub. Those facilities were very nice. Tight. Really don’t know how we managed to get our 5W in the spot they assigned. No room to breathe at all. Just enough room for our 5W, truck, dog pen and two chairs. We rarely sat outside as was very, very claustrophobic. Extremely rude people at the dinner we attended. Rude enough to keep our party from attending other functions while there. I didn’t feel the camaraderie at this park although there were many, many nice folks. This park felt really dirty. Probably because there’s little grass so campground spots had lots of sand and dirt. NOT A 55 AND OLDER RV RESORT!!!! If you want no children…..go elsewhere. Seemed some rules were enforced on some campers, some not. No dog park. Great laundry facilities. The clubhouse was nice but very dated and not very big. Good selection of recycled videos, books and puzzles to use. Good shuffleboard courts.
