Rock Hill Bed & Bale RV Park & Arena Introduce
Introduction / Overview
For Texans seeking an RV park that offers more than just a place to park—especially those with an equestrian passion or a love for fishing—Rock Hill Bed & Bale RV Park & Arena in Beckville is a genuinely unique and celebrated destination. Nestled in a quiet, secluded setting within East Texas, this facility successfully marries the convenience of a full-hookup RV park with the amenities of a dedicated horse motel and riding center.
Customer testimonials paint a picture of a welcoming, community-focused park that appeals to a diverse crowd, from short-term travelers needing an overnight horse layover to long-term residents who have found their permanent, peaceful home. The central draw is the serene, rustic country atmosphere surrounding a large, private, five-acre lake stocked with fish. Guests consistently report feeling "secluded from the world" yet appreciate being "just down the road from town," offering the perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility.
The facility's dual focus—providing a quality RV experience alongside dedicated equestrian facilities—makes it a truly specialized spot in the Texas camping landscape. It's a haven where you can wake up to "horses grazing" and "fish flopping," ready to enjoy a day of riding, fishing, or simply relaxing by the water.
Location and Accessibility
Rock Hill Bed & Bale RV Park & Arena is located at 121 Co Rd 263, Beckville, TX 75631, USA, placing it in Panola County in the piney woods region of East Texas. This location offers the perfect blend of rural tranquility with convenient highway access.
The park is situated just a short drive from the main highways connecting the region, making it an easy and accessible stop for travelers, particularly those hauling horse trailers or large RVs. The address suggests access via a county road, which typically means a direct, manageable drive off a paved route. Its proximity to Beckville and the larger community of Carthage ensures that supplies, gas, and basic services are easily obtainable without sacrificing the quiet, country atmosphere that residents love.
The facility’s ability to cater to equestrian travel indicates that the grounds are big rig friendly with plenty of room for easy maneuvering, hookup, and turning around—a crucial detail for RV owners and horse haulers. While the park feels secluded, the drive to the nearest town is quick, giving visitors the best of both worlds: quiet nights and convenient access to town necessities.

Features / Highlights
The highlights of Rock Hill Bed & Bale RV Park & Arena are rooted in its unique specialty and peaceful natural setting:

Customer Reviews
Nice place, has an arena and stalls for horses, nice people, other than those things mentioned below is that it would be perfect if they had a couple of washers and dryers with folding tables. Other than that very peaceful looking at that big pond full of fish that you don't have to release if you are going to cook them. You catch ,you clean and eat...
OMG Amazing. We absolutely love it here. We’re long timers. We’ve been here about 3 years and have no plans of leaving. Quiet friendly park. Fishing is great as well as the view. Feels secluded from the world but just down the road from town. Also a place for your horses. So one nighter to long timer this place is wonderful.
Very very nice place! My horse was so comfortable here. The guy who owns it is super nice & easy to contact. If you're ever in or passing through the Carthage, TX area you should definitely stop here!
Mitch, the owner, has never been less than nice and respectful to me. Mitch lets us fish the pond by the rv parks, which is a great bass pond in the summer. The only issue I ever have is that the tap water isn't always clear and gets a tint to it
Awesome landlords. Beautiful lake to fish in or just sit and enjoy the ducks. RV sites are well maintained. Family friendly atmosphere.
