What a surprise... I stopped just to use a public rest room. It was scrupulously clean with an electric fan heater to keep it warm. I was expecting it to be closed, considering it's December...
Don was so helpful to my 18y/o son riding his bicycle solo across the U.S, giving him a great place to set up camp and helping him get out of the wind. Don went above and beyond. I'd really recommend that Don's place to others. He'll look out for you.
Don is the man! Called them up very last minute and he gave us a spot to stay for the night. Lifesaver! Great hosts, and very friendly. The bathroom across the street was clean and even had a heater going so it was warm inside.
Nice clean and safe place. Definitely just an rv park not a camping ground, i.e. the lots are just in a town in the middle of the high desert so no pretty views besides the sunsets and sunrises.
Don and Deb, owners of the RV park in Rock River. Don is the greatest guy ever. He goes out of his way to help his tenants. We were there for almost 2 yrs and Don helped us learn how to survive the the Wyoming winters. Not that anyone should ever try to do that in an RV anyway. We will stay with them again. Loved it in Rock River.
