Rockwood Marina & RV Resort

Best RV Park in the area! Wonderful people! Everyone here is wonderful! I don’t normally use a shower house, I don’t like that locker room set up. This shower house is awesome & I use it just because I want to. It’s like individual bathrooms with everything. Our lines froze, maintenance heard & 2 guys were here in no time & thawed them out. They went above & beyond by putting new heat tape on for me. Every single person here is so helpful & nice from management to maintenance. By pass any other campgrounds & come to Rockwood RV Park. I’ve stayed at others close & this is by far the best!

What a great campground! We really loved staying here. Beautiful views, wonderful check in, the nicest showers of any campground we’ve ever been to. We really loved it. Sue checked us in and she was so nice. We didn’t get to try the restaurant but the menu looked great and they deliver to your campsite. The pool looked very inviting.

Love the campground our campsite was in a perfect spot especially being next to there wonderful dog park. Enjoyed all the activities they had and the kids and adults. The kids loved the swimming pool. The laundry and shower house was super nice and clean. Just an all around awesome experience!! We will be back soon.

I wish I could leave a 10 star rating since we absolutely love this park! The employees are so incredibly wonderful. They go the extra mile and make you feel at home. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, especially with all of the events they put on. We stayed during Halloween and they had fun activities for the kids as well as trick or treating which was a total blast. They usually have something fun going on every weekend which is a plus! The park itself is on Watts Bar lake and has such amazing views. We stayed in a pool side view but you can still see the lake from multiple directions which is nice. The park has been open for over a year but looks immaculate from the pool (which has a very cool slide) to the laundry area to the front office/cantina. The maintenance crew is on a whole different level. The park is in such good shape and if there’s a rock out of place, don’t worry, it will be fixed within an hour. There’s also valet trash service which is super convenient and very much appreciated. Another thing we love is their Cantina, which offers a nice selection. The food is good and they even offer complementary delivery to your RV site which is a huge plus. You can rent bikes, golf carts, boats, kayaks and paddle boats which is great! We rented a golf cart for a day while we had family in town and it was perfect to drive around the park. They also have two separate areas with swings for the kids which our toddler enjoyed. Overall, this place ROCKS (pun intended) and was the nicest and friendliest park we’ve ever been to! :) Highly recommend staying here!

I booked a single night at the Rockwood RV Resort last minute a few weeks ago, and it was fantastic! My boy and I brought our small pop-up camper and had a blast. Great service and accommodations, with events each night at the resort and the salt water pool (with a top of the line slide) was amazing! The dog park on site is a great feature, and the bath house is very nice (Nice, private showers too). The on site shop has good snacks and coffee, as well as some RV equipment, and the cafe has great food. We will most certainly be returning for a longer stay!
