Rocky Branch Resort

We enjoyed our weekend here. Very quiet, secluded. The room was spotless and the caretaker so helpful and friendly. The fully stocked kitchen was great for preparing simple meals, plus we grilled out too. The only complaints I have is that the shower (and other faucets) put out barely a trickle, plus the new and spotless tub was dangerously slippery. We actually bought a tub mat at Walmart to use. If we vacation in this area again, we'll probably stay here again!

This place was awesome!!! Stayed in one of the resort rooms. Very clean, extremely comfortable bed and pillows. We will definitely be staying again. Can’t beat the location for a lake day or weekend. Lynn was so friendly!

This is a well taken care of modernized older motel. We enjoyed our stay and the caretaker was extremely nice and pleasant. Positives: it’s very clean, has quietish spots to sit outside, it has a pool, and is close to the marina. Negatives: paper thin walls(you can hear everything next door and outside), the double rooms have no space between you and the next rooms for the outdoor spaces, and it is right off the road which gets a lot of traffic so you hear fairly constant traffic passing by. Overall I would stay here again, but do not use the fishing guide service they recommended and make sure you are aware how thin the walls are.

Nice place. Just a perfect place, really. The rooms are neat and very clean. Everything you need! Bring food to prepare although places to eat are not far. Nice view from the back door. Nice clean pool on location. Access to the lake is very near! We’ll be back!

We had a grand time at the resort, check in was easy, room was spotless, ac cold! The pool was empty so it was nice and quiet. I left my purse by accident in the room and the manager Lyn mailed it to me. Very impressed with the customer service! We will be back. oh the best was seeing fawns playing right behind the building! TEN STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!
