We stayed here with our little family for almost a full year. It was a wonderful experience!! Jenifer was always so kind and so helpful. The laundry room and showers were always extremely clean. I can’t say enough good things about our stay here.
This is a great place to stay for a weekend, a week or seasonal. Full hookups and close to everything Greeley has to offer. Close by state parks for hiking, biking and fishing. Greeley Stampede during the summer is a must with rodeo, concerts, and fair rides. But the staff and owner are what makes this place a standout. The park and facilities are meticulously maintained and immaculately clean. Guests are treated like family and I've had few issues. Anything that's needed to be addressed is done so quickly and professionally. Keep in mind this is not a "resort", but rather an RV park. Reasonable rates for short-term or long-term stays and plenty to do in and around Greeley.

This place is the best run RV park yet. The Manager Jennifer is friendly , professional keeps the property under control. Showers, bathrooms, laundry etc are the cleanest we’ve ever experienced. It’s like a brand new place everyday . No place better !!!!!!👍🏼
We were here for about 6months for a travel contracted job located in Greeley. The lady’s in the front desk are so helpful and sweet. The owners were kind and helped us if we would have a problem during our stay. No, the place was or is under construction when we first arrived but I see the potential this place is going to become once it’s done. The sunsets were beautiful, but you do hear the traffic during the day if your closer to the front. That didn’t bother us due to we sleep with the TV on loud. The bathrooms and laundry mat are always clean and smell fresh. Location was perfected for us due to grocery stores, gas stations, chain foods, parks, and dog park and job being relatively close. Definitely coming back in the future to this spot.
