Found this place during a motorcycle trip from Sacramento to Seattle. My regular hotel was booked and I found this place not knowing what to expect. I had been riding all day, hadn't eaten since 4 a.m. and pulled into the resort at 8 p.m. in the dark. The management was nice enough to rent me one of their cozy motel rooms so I could get a good night sleep and although their restaurant was closing at 8 p.m. the kept it open so that I could get a hot meal in my hungry belly. The best bacon cheese burger i had ever eaten! Needless to say, I got a good night sleep and shower then was off to finish my road trip in the morning. I owe these guys big time and am so thankful for very kind people like these!

The staff here are uniquely wonderful and they’re all personable and courteous. Our stay was comfortable and our room was neat and clean when we checked in (thanks Krystal!). We ate at the restaurant onsite and the food was tasteful with Angela being a wonderful waitress! We did a 2-hr kayak during our stay and Jonathan was so nice in helping us w/ that. Danielle is a hoot and a holler and continued to make us laugh w/ her jokes throughout our stay! We did some birding and it’s cool to just spectate the herons and various birds around the area (like Kingfishers!). Overall our expectations and needs were met by the amenities provided! Thank you guys for our stay while we were visiting Crater Lake NP :)

We had no way of making it there because of a snow storm and the snow just got worse and worse. We could not arrive and we were only 15 miles away and our car spun out. No other cars were able to drive and many were stuck, we had to turn around and they gave us no refund telling us to read the fine print of the reservation. Do not come here, they are scam artists and I bet their resort is too

My stay was brief (1 night) and I was on my way to fish and camp on the Williamson River but I really liked this place. It's rustic, in a good way. Unpretentious. The setting is beautiful and secluded with great sunrises and -sets reflecting off Klamath Lake and huge old trees. Lots of boats of different kinds available for rent and the kayakers, canoeists and fishers I saw seemed to be having a great time. The small staff was friendly, helpful and solitious. I rented one of the small motel-like rooms with 2 beds. It was clean, if a bit dark with thin walls. The shower could do with a bit more water pressure but it did its job. You shouldn't take one of these rooms if you are looking for a luxurious spa-like experience - it is a place to sleep comfortably between outdoor adventures. Similarly, the campsites are small and pretty tightly packed. Not places for much privacy or quiet. I didn't poke around the private cabins much, but they are set apart from the busier areas of the resort and seemed to be pretty good-sized for small groups and in good condition. If you come in with the proper expectations, this would be a great place to spend several days outdoors and on the water.

Please read the Bad Reviews!!! We couldn't eat dinner at the restaurant because power went out. (Ok not their fault) Food in the gift shop was trash. Canoes are non functional so you have to use the Kayaks. We found left over food items in the freezer and fridge. There was a giant opening in Cabin 3 which leaves access to rats, mosquitoes and spiders. And do not fall for Danielle or Nicky's stories, they do not honor what they promise.I was shocked she lied. I was fooled out of my money by only looking at the positive reviews. I am no stranger to the woods. I have camped and stayed in cabins before but these cabins need just basic fumigation and basic housekeeping. The woods should be full of bugs but the bugs shouldn't have nests inside the cabin. This place was not relaxing at all. We checked out a day early at 11 am!! And they did not honor their promises to refund us. We didn't even ask for compensation but Danielle promised she would refund us. The lake is just a one like area not very attractive. $50 bucks to rent a kayak for 2 for 2 hours.
