I reached out during after hours to see if they were open and if they had a spot for our RV. They said yes, here is your site number pull through and you can pay in the morning. Sweet! Everything was so nice and clean and the property was well taken care of. They will be in my call log when I travel through that area again. Thanks for your awesome hospitality!

Staff is very friendly and helpful, the campground is clean and well maintained. This is a good place to stay if you are looking for a place that is clean with full hook-ups, however, there is not much to do in the immediate area. Lots to do in Johnson City, Elizabethton & Bristol.

Well, before I review the place I want to comment on how the manager/owner spoke to an employee because it was terrible. She was simply trying to help a guest and when she approached the owner, she was berated as I heard him say, 'I pay you to clean the bathrooms, not help stupid people with their problems!' Ugh, she seemed to take it in stride but was hard to watch because I saw her helping them well before she started 'working on the bathrooms'. Seeing the interaction gave me the ICK and I doubt we'll come back bc we don't like to support bad people. With that said, bathrooms were awesome.

Best kept RV park in the area. Owners are very nice and friendly. When we had a power outage due to major storms, they allowed us use of a generator. There is a lot of attention to detail and they are continuing working on improving the image and service they provide.

10/10 for everything. This campground was by far the best one I’ve ever been to. I Highly recommend booking with them!! They have great prices, and even better people running the grounds. It honestly felt like a home away from home for us. The rooms were clean, and SO CUTE. Not to mention how absolutely kind the owners and office are AND how caring they all are for the people staying!
