Rocky Valley RV Resort

Instantly made it into our top 3 favorites in the state. An hour from home. Extremely clean. Very quiet (though this was far from peak season lol) all staff encountered were incredible. We had 3 sites. Quality hookups, you can tell they did their research and didn't cheap out on design an implementation. Clean well laid out sites. Clubhouse is a real winner along with the bathrooms. Excited to see how well you do, except we'd rather keep it a secret for ourselves! Well done everyone. Good luck going into the next year! Only suggestions I can offer is in the short term adjusting the sites a tad for a more even layout in regards to the fire rings and tables. Long term, I know it's tough to balance space but some type of shrubbery to grow between sights would be welcomed. One place we went in Vermont did a great job putting small thin short trees that helped divide sites and add privacy while not wasting much needed space. Great job everyone we'll definitely be back next season for sure!

An amazing experience, as it was also the first *new* RV Resort we've been to. The owner and his family have put so much beautiful work into this, and finishing touches are being added such as apple, pear, and peach trees. Love that there is a change machine in the laundry room for quarters. The clubhouse in general is a must to check out. Sites are very spacious, and we were at site 1 if you like our view. What a gem! We were here only for a week but will most definitely be back!

What a great stay at Rocky Valley RV Resort in NH. This new Resort, built on the family property of Kevin and Eric McCauley, is a hidden gem. They are building a nice quiet retreat in the southern NH mountains. A new clubhouse with the best bathrooms I have seen, laundry, and a common area including a kitchen. Nearby there is lots to do, including boating, museums, trails, parks, etc. We also found excellent PYO blue berry as well as peaches. Plenty of room on some of the sites for even our large rig. Still under construction, we can’t wait to come back to see how it is turning out.

Rocky Valley is definitely one of the nicest campgrounds that we have stayed at in NH. The sites are spacious and well laid out… and extremely clean. The showers and bathrooms are like a five star hotel. The owner, Kevin is super friendly and at your beck and call during our entire stay. The clubhouse is beautiful!! We will definitely go back for another stay.

Great place! It's a new campground so everything is new and clean. The clubhouse is beautiful. A huge area with a large kitchen and couch to fit everyone. The bathrooms are the nicest I've seen in a campground. Sites are nice. Mostly full hookups. I can't say anything different than the other reviews. My pictures are the same as the others, so I won't bother to add more of the same. We dealt with the owner (Kevin) and his manager Darren. Both are wonderful to deal with. Easy going and willing to help with any questions. And they have a small store with local maple syrup! It is off the beaten path, so it takes a bit to get there off the main road, but that is one of the nice things about it. Peace and quiet. No traffic noises here! It is situated right between Keene and Concord. It's a scenic drive to either place. We were backed up to the woods. Beautiful color against the stone walls. We wish you much success with your new campground. I'm sure we will be back!

We have been here 3+ weeks! It’s beautiful here. Peaceful. The club house and bathrooms (full private bathrooms) are brand new and high end. We hate to leave, Highly recommended.

We had a great experience here. We had full hookups for our 40' motorhome. The resort is brand new and there are still some amenities to come. The grounds are well-maintained, and the owner was very helpful.
