This is not a luxury hotel but for the price, it is literally minutes from the largest shopping district in Muskegon. I got a jacuzzi suite that was very clean, quiet, right near the front desk and entrance in case I needed anything, no issues at all. A great experience if you are just passing through or looking for a cheap get away.
This place is very comfortable and 3party price are best. Very nice people and always appreciated to make sure you are happy with all the amenities needed for ur stay. No pets thou. But I understand why. All in all convent next to liquor store mini Mart and restaurant of whitlow's connected to the hotel. Room was very clean. Extended stays are best prices than any other hotel. Love them and will cum back.
Great price, updated rooms with super friendly staff. The new management really got this place together and organized.
I mean, you can sleep here, but it isn’t anything special and is definitely needing of cleaning and repair. Lots of stains, holes, tore up furniture. It looks like parties destroyed the room and no one bothered to repair the damage. The man who checked us in was nice and friendly. I would not recommend this hotel if you have small children. There are lots of hazards, from a missing battery cover, to paint chipping off the bathroom cabinet, long cords hanging on the floor with no way to tie them up. Bring your own hair dryer because the one in the room might be missing. I liked that I could see the parking lot from our room, and that the lobby area seemed updated. The flooring was nice, and I didn’t see any bed bugs. The driveway was a little weird to find, but it is close to the mall and large shopping area.
Lovely stay here! New management, clean rooms, smells amazing in here and very quiet with fair prices 👌
