The two people who worked there that we spoke to were kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I did miss having a coffee maker and phone in room, but there was a microwave and refrigerator that worked and coffee in the lobby. We paid about 100 dollars for a room in off peak season which is about what i feel the room is worth in general. My husband said he slept the best he has slept for about a week. And i agree the beds were comfortable.
Pretty shabby for the price - tub needs replacing, rust stains, and paint job was sloppy but my room was clean and everything worked. Bed was comfy and they give you 4 pillows of varying firmness which was nice. I canceled my room's service after 1st night after the maid threw away my perfectly good bedside earplugs and my unused puffs tissue also on nightstand. Don't leave anything that could possibly be construed as disposable out for maid to see. Coffee in office is awful but there is a Panera Bread and other spots right across the road.
Palak at front desk was awesome. We came at a busy time and he was very pleasant and patient. The room was clean, with a firm bed and the best pillows I’ve ever felt at a hotel. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Location was close to downtown and a great breakfast place “Two Yolks” Cafe.
Hotel room was great! What I didn’t like it the front desk people just giving a key to anybody who asks for my name… even escorted them to the room!!! this person ended up harassing us and causing a scene. Huge safety concern… didn’t get a call or nothing just walked with them straight to my room. Wasted 70 dollars just to get bombarded. When good hospitality goes wrong smh I’m writing this as I’m laying in the hotel room too… absolute bullshit
Clean simple rooms. Comfortable beds and nice clean bathroom with good linens. Cold AC. Mini fridge and a quality HD television. Easy to find. Good rates. Conveniently located.
