The housekeeping staff are always on top of whatever needs to be done! They are respectful of your privacy and easy going. They clean correctly and provide clean towels as needed.
I had a very unpleasant stay. A man at the front desk claiming to be the manager and when they didn't know how to work their own system with booking.com they actively told me and my partner to leave because the card was "declined " I understand things happen but how he handled the situation and how he spoke and treated us was very unprofessional. We even learned later he was most definitely NOT the manager. We won't be coming back ever again, nor will the rest of our family ever stay here again. I even got locked out of my room by him after the misunderstanding was cleared up and we did in fact pay, I had to get my room key turned back on as he was " just making sure" very rude. I would suggest anywhere else. The rooms were beat up and not the cleanest, wifi cuts out at any sign of bad weather.
The only bright side about this stay would have to be the checking out, 1- the lock on the door didn’t work 2-person working the office was overly rude 3-looked like the room had been renovated extremely poorly, bathroom door didn’t close , there were no chairs in the room, the ac units sounded like a jet running and didn’t blow cold, and the showers ran brown water. Got the the point where we just went to a different hotel -9/10
Dirty surroundings around this hotel... Nasty rooms they need to be cleaned correctly and updated.. Towels were disgusting stained and more like brown instead of white. Sergio at the front desk is rude unprofessional and sarcastic
The rooster need a lot of work done the rooms here need a lot of work done the room I am currently in doesn't even have a door handle to the restroom that means no privacy whatsoever the AC is the one that you add to the window that has a tons of mold on it and the outlet to it is all broken which probably isn't safe the refrigerator here inside of it toilet wasn't cream properly and there is tons of dust on the baseboards for the price that you pay you can probably find something nice or somewhere else save your money and try somewhere else
