Customer Reviews
Theft that's what I can say. They had my card on file and charged random charges for a two night stay. Bank showed what they charged and front desk and choice acted like they did nothing. My family was on a tight budget and they just went charge crazy. My husband and I refuse to give a card ever again after this.
The rooms are alright, multiple bugs came in the room, and a dead bug was found in the room. The TV also wasn't working right and when they got it working again the next day it starting to glitch. Also a little nitpick here but you have to look for their free wi-fi password at the lobby, and wasn't a password at the room. Their service was OK, they came in and fixed our TV so that's good. I don't really recommend this hotel too much it's okay
I reserved a room for an event in Stevenson, Washington. My event was moved from 2/15/25 to 3/7/25. I called the motel, I emailed the motel (MULTIPLE TIMES). I never got a response from them, but they sure took the money from my account. Poor customer service.
We stayed here for two nights in September 2024 and I got more than 30 bedbug bites, mostly on my arms but also neck, back, and legs, which began manifesting on our drive home. I’ve stayed in low-budget motels all over Washington and this was my first experience getting them. There were so many in some areas they turned into welts. The torturous itching lasted about 10 days and for a 24 hr period I even felt feverish. It took another 3 weeks before bites fully cleared (some threatening infection due to scratching). After returning home we spent time and money cleaning our clothes, luggage, car and home to reduce chances of an infestation (bedbugs are notorious for infesting easily/quickly - if you’re not educated on them watch a YouTube video showing how/where they hide during the day, then sneak through the covers to suck your blood while you sleep! And apparently some folks don’t have reactions to bites so you may not realize there’s an infestation in the room unless you know how to look for the evidence.) We’ve stayed in some pretty low-quality places, and this was in that category - but I can take a broken lamp or sticky carpet in stride if I have to, or to save some money. The bedbugs, bites and infestation concerns, however, took me over the edge….
Scam!! After Booking online, when we showed up they told us "we needed to pay extra for the room IN CASH" even though the room was booked with a Credit Card. And also they ask for the Credit Card for the "Safety Deposit".
