Assuming hurricane prevented towels to be replaced I'll let it slide. Beds hard but personal preference. Their fine. Mostly comfortable. Leaky in need of basic plumbing work but still comfort. I needed a place on an emergency basis. I couldn't be happier. It was the most quiet hotel I've ever stayed at. That itself is worth 5 stars.
This place is despicable! During hurricane Helene, Me and my family with two kids ended up stuck in our car due to the storm surge and pulled into this facility, and although there was no rooms available, they even denied allowing us to wait in the lobby or the balcony while the storm surge water was filling there parking lot until our rescuers were able to assist us. They do not care for any one. And yes, I understand the liability that it could may have caused on them, but they had no sense of remorse for a crying mother with two children, one of which has special needs. Highly recommend avoiding this location at any cost!!
This hotel needs negative 5 stars. This is a 40-50 dollar per night quality hotel. But I payed $124 because they were taking advantage of people after the hurricane when people needed a place to stay. I should have slept in my car. The room I stayed in was disgusting. There was bugs and roaches in the room, doors aren’t sealed and pot smell everywhere. Blankets had many holes in them like rats had chewed thru them.
After Hurricane Milton, we had no power, and by day 4, I was over it all. Found a room for two nights. We stayed one night as our power came back on . I went to the office to let them know and to get my money back. I was told that I would NOT get my money back. I really wasn't in the mood to argue with them. I still believe they owe me my money back. We had kids and parents yelling and running up and down the stairs and hallways. That went on to about 11 p.m. I will NOT be going back, and I advise you to really think before you choose this hotel.
Comfortable and clean rooms for a great value. Beautiful clear pool, laundry and vending available. Helpful, friendly staff. Thank you all for making my stay so comfortable.
