Rogers Bay Property Owners Association (POA) offers a distinctive experience within the Campgrounds & RV Parks category, primarily functioning as a community with an integrated RV park located in North Topsail Beach, North Carolina. Unlike a traditional public campground where sites are rented directly to transient visitors by a central management entity, Rogers Bay operates as an association where individuals own their lots, often with RVs or park models permanently situated. This unique structure provides a blend of vacation destination and residential community, catering to owners and, in some cases, their guests or renters. Established in 1993, the Association emphasizes a sustained coastal living experience with a strong community feel, providing a range of amenities and services for its property owners.

Really awesome little campground area with a lot of great amenities. Affordable POA fees, reasonable lot prices, lots of cute campers for sale. LOVE coming here to spend time with the family.
Was so nice. Great views, beach right there. Clean. Nice kitchen. Would go again.
A fun and funky private campground for permanently-installed campers, each one decorated with unique flair. It is ideally situated right across the street from beach access (though there is a free lot just a five minute drive south if you need your vehicle). I was on the marshy sound side, which was beautiful and required no insect repellent. Please note that this campground isn't open to the public -- I found a camper available for rent through Air B&B. Due to the ongoing pandemic the pool was closed, and since I had facilities in my camper, I didn't check out the mural-decorated bathhouse, but it looked quite large, and I think there were two. If you're looking for fancy, this isn't for you, but if a funky, quiet, affordable, simple, no-frills solo getaway to Topsail is calling you, this is a great choice. (Trigger warning: there is one camper that flies a flag that will likely be offensive to some or most -- I suppose that's the "price" of each resident decorating to their own taste.)
We were guests of a friend here. We loved the site, the amenities, the easy beach access, and the friendliness of the permanent campers. We decided that when we retire in 3 years, we will be looking for a lot for our own camper. You should join us!
Lot for sale! Let me know if you are ready to own a piece of Topsail Beach!!!
