Very nice people in the office! At night, it was hard to see the entrance. We inadvertently drove into the rv park on the exit route😳. Will stay again in the future.

Not happy this time. We've always stayed both going south and north for just one night. Going south, got a spot with satellite coverage so went to office before leaving and requested same spot three weeks away on our way home. Watched as it was noted. When pulled in today the spot was taken. No satellite friendly sites available. Wanted to watch llws, so not happy. Made original reservations in April.

We ended up here on a whim because a snow forecast compelled us to cancel our plans to stay near Crater Lake. We were disappointed by the change, but Grants Pass ended up being a nice town to set up camp for a few days. There are lots of wineries in the area, and Grants Pass has most of what you'd expect from civilization in terms of food and shopping. The campground is no frills, but the bath houses were clean, modern, and code-locked, the grounds were well kept, and everything worked. I considered docking a star because in a span of 15 minutes, I witnessed a car crash and a bumfight while sitting in front of my camper. These things, however, happened in the street 50 yards away, and I never noticed anyone sketchy moving through the park. This is probably due to the diligent long-term residents and numerous security cameras holding down the fort. Overall, it's a solid choice for the money if you need a place to stay for a few days while exploring the area.
