It's part of my family, I go every year, amazing place, primitive camping areas are relatively nice, but it's your responsibility to clean it if you use it, if your seeing this, be reasonable and everybody is happy.
Great place to get away for a day and fish, kayak, or just relax.
Well about 9 years ago it was great fishing....now just don't bother. We paid $65 for 3 of us to camp and fish. We crushed up our skid plate trying to get to the primitive spot, got brush scratches all down the side of our truck, picnic tables falling apart, rude yelling people all night with loud music so we got no sleep, there are no rules at all! If you need to use the bathroom be prepared to do 1 and 2 in the woods because the porta pots have not been serviced since probably the last time we were here 9 years ago.then the "nice" bathrooms And shower house the water is disconnected so good luck. This is a sad excuse for a campground it's more of a flop house outside.
Me and my family used to come out every other weekend and camp we love the I don't know if they change the phone we have been trying to contact the front office to see about camping but can't get do they have a new phone number
I used to come to this campground as a kid and I loved it the campground was nice and well taken care of and the people were beyond nice. I came through today to check it out to bring my kids and ports potty’s were nasty and tipped over nothing taken care of and they were extremely rude. All I could think is if the old man that used to run it could see how they treat customers now he would be livid. I will never go again.
