This place is just beautiful so peaceful, the views are spectacular! Cleanest cabin and comfortable beds with everything you need for a relaxing vacation ! It's one of my families favorite places to stay in Idyllwild! The manager is so helpful, and the property is located on Strawberry Creek, a short amazing hike along the creek or a quick drive to town where you will find restaurants, shopping, and groceries. I grew up coming here -winter thru summer. The woodwork is incredibly natural, and the walk to the creek is steep and worth it. Catch the blackberries to the left and the Marion berries in the creek. Ask about the walk into town, and you can take the creek path to get there on foot in 10 minutes. I don't go for the room itself; I do it for everything around it.
This lodge has recently been upgraded, and is amazing! Our friend walked in the door and stopped in his tracks looking at the fireplace with the winding manzanita staircase around it, and said "Wow, I've never had staircase-envy before, but I do now!" We were all in awe of our "Star" rooms with balconies overlooking Strawberry Creek, and loved hearing the water at night! The main living room was beautiful, with huge windows, and the deck with the jacuzzi was our favorite place to hang out. I recommend it! You won't be disappointed!
The best B&B in town Tara is such an amazing person she owns it the cabin is awesome as well . If y'all are interested in a day or weekend stay I recommend 100 % this place
Staff is very very rude to tenants house is shared with full time guests very unprofessional . The lady who runs the place told me her dead mother haunts the house. It was a very uncomfortable experience for me and my family.
