Not for kids! The long term renters are not very nice and they don’t want kids playing at all. Another RV’s Bikes were stolen while we were there and they don’t require a code to get in. The office hours are so minimal it’s hard to get there before they close. It’s close to the beach which is cool, but overall it doesn’t offer very many amenities and the residents are snooty. I won’t be back!
First of all, I called the office 40 times early 8 AM and there no answer and when I walked into the office, the receptionist called me rude because I kindly told her I was calling back to back to speak with someone and no one answered and I put an application I receive no call. I feel like there is a prejudice against me there was no introduction. I did not feel welcome. My application was denied because I make too much money and I know the owner of the mobile home who still doesn’t know the name of the employees in the office because they do not make you feel welcome maybe it’s because of my race. And then I just spoke with the manager named Susan and she was very rude. She kept cutting me off. She wouldn’t let me finish my full conversation without interrupting me so my application was denied and they kept leaving notice like removed the items from the exterior or the owner will be charged a fee notices so I no longer feel as enthusiastic about living in this trailer Park and Thanksgiving just passed there was no resident notice welcoming to the Thanksgiving celebration even I went and checked on the mobile home property and there was no notice welcoming her or her family to the family. And even the landlord owns mobile home n that park will lose their trailer if no one there to pay rent when no one is occupy dwellings I want to receive a notice about my application denied and I would like to make a complaint about the site manager.
To consider this an Encore RV resort really misrepresents its true nature. If you want the sound of a mile long train including approaching intersections blasting multiple times a day, this is your pick. If you want run down, condemned, neglected annual trailer homes for your vistas, this is your pick. If you want zero amenities besides the small pool, books, puzzles, and TOPS meetings, this is your pick. If you want a soggy site near a drainage area and electric service area that is an huge hazard, pick site six. This eyesore has huge potential with bay access that is seriously underscored. TT needs to put serious $ into it.
Stayed here multiple times in last several years, great location, 10 min from LA fitness and BJ, as well as the pickleball MECCA - PICTONA! Park administrators are very kind, helped me out several time, always assigned me 50A flat LOT, friendly community, will come back every winter!
Rude office staff was so snippy with my dad and one crazy lady yelled at me because one of my dogs crapped on the edge of her which I quickly cleaned up and apologized to her like I can’t control where dogs go to the bathroom
