The premier cottages, on the other hand, offer a more luxurious "glamping" experience, coming fully furnished with the comforts of home. These can include a fully applianced kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and essential cookware and dishware. They also typically feature a full bathroom with a sink, vanity, and shower stall, along with separate sleeping areas. Many premier cottages can comfortably sleep multiple guests, with options like a queen-size bed, bunk beds (including pyramid bunks), and sleeper sofas in the living/dining area, which may also include a flat-screen TV with cable. Linens are often provided in these premier units. Some cottages are even pet-friendly, accommodating furry family members.

Beyond lodging, the campground offers essential services to ensure a comfortable stay. These include dump stations for RVs, guest laundry facilities, and showers. A store/gift shop is available on-site for convenient access to necessities and souvenirs. Check-in for campsites is generally 1:00 PM, with check-out at 1:00 PM, while cabins and cottages have a check-in of 3:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM. Early arrival fees may apply. Limited Wi-Fi is available, sometimes for a surcharge. The campground operates seasonally, typically from early April to late October.

We came in town for a weekend and loved the campground. Got military discount and our campsite was great. We have 4 kids and the activities for Father’s Day weekend were organized, fun the kids loved them. I have to give a shout out to Jason the Activities Director he went above and beyond to make sure we were still included in things even though we had a lacrosse tournament to attend. He was upbeat and honestly made the trip! Highly recommend this campground if you’re in the area we hope to visit again.

This was a really nice campground and wonderful place to stay close to Gettysburg. Jason and Jaycee were amazing with my family during our stay, making sure my daughter was included in all the Fathers Day activities. Huge thank you to them (and all staff) for making our trip memorable and fun! ❤️

We enjoyed our quiet weekend. Our ten year old loved all the activities! We will definitely come back again! On a side note the sheet didn't say you have to pay for bingo. It wasn't expensive and hey its bingo! Who doesn't loves bingo.

This is the worst campground I ever stayed at. The grass is so high everywhere. It is filled mostly with seasonal campers that are obviously there permanently and the camper and site is severely neglected. The only thing going for it is the close location to the battlefields but I'll drive farther next time to stay at a decent campground.

Stay was ok, there were a few stains on the mattress protector and the pillow we had a big dent in our fridge, door knob to bathroom was loose it was clean besides a few little hiccups, rat droppings, which may happen with it being a outdoor type place wasn't the worst place but also wasn't the best for the price of 250 a night also there was a mobile home trailer park connected which to me was less appealing
