I have lived here at Royal Palms for a year and a half now and love it. This is my first time living in an RV and am so glad God led me here. It feels like home thanks to the Baltzell family, staff, and other residents. They care about everyone who comes through as people, not just numbers, and it shows in the ways they go above and beyond to serve. The property is also beautiful and well kept. I can’t think of a reason why you shouldn’t choose Royal Palms!

Royal Palms RV Resort is awesome! I have stayed at numerous RV parks throughout the years, but NONE can compare to Royal Palms. Between the friendly, helpful staff and the great amenities, who could ask for or expect anything more. They even provide a mail room for those who are extended community members. The location is awesome as it is set in a quiet, country environment yet convenient to the local town of Tomball and Magnolia within just a few miles from the resort. So there is ample shopping, a variety of places to eat from sit down mom and pop restaurants to fast food and everything in between. Don’t waste your money going anywhere else and being disappointed! Stay at Royal Palms RV Resort for a wonderful, relaxing experience. Oh yes, one more thing. They also have onsite security for the safety and peace of mind you deserve. Security patrols at night so you can sleep more peacefully without worry!

The winter of 2024 was our 4th year staying at Royal Palms RV Resort and we’ll be back again for the 2025 Winter Season. The park’s convenient location and super friendly staff make staying here a pleasure. The grounds are always neat and tidy. The bath / shower rooms are very clean and up-to-date. The pool area is very nice as is the Community Room. Site expansion is in the future plan along with additional laundry facilities. We’ve met some wonderful people at this park and are always sad when the time comes to leave. Jane & Rick Mowry

My family ended up staying here much longer than anticipated, but the owners are amazing and we appreciate Nolan for all his help. We would highly recommend if you are looking for a great place whether short term or long term to setup your RV, Royal Palms RV Resort is the place. The facilities are great and all the people we met while at the resort we enjoyed their company. Thank you guys for having us!
