Customer Reviews
My family had our camper here for two seasons. We really wanted to like this campground, we had nice neighbors and it was a good location for us. We moved to this campground in 2020. Upon our first meeting with Toni she was very professional and nice and told us the bathhouse by our spot would open after COVID. Unfortunately, from that day onward things just got weird and grew progressively worse. Be warned that owners of this property are very confrontational and go out of their way to make sure if they don’t like you that you will feel so uncomfortable you will leave. After warning the owners about a mistreated dog that ended up biting a child from a rental camper, asking multiple times about the second bath house that did not open from 2020 (COVID) through summer 2022, and just visiting the campground and being questioned by the owners constantly about what we were doing, it was hard to actually relax without feeling like you’re being watched along with their increasingly hostile attitude towards us we decided it was time to move on because we no longer felt comfortable. The campground itself is ok. They expect you to take care of the leaves in the fall, etc, nothing uncommon, but this leads to many people burning leaves in spots that are close together, which I found to not be the safest thing. The main bath house and only one open is down a steep hill which is apparently paved but mostly gravel in my opinion, so if anyone in your family has mobility issues this would not be very accessible for them. Ultimately, if you’re looking for a family friendly campground where everyone feels welcome this place is not for you. There are many other friendly campgrounds in the area to choose from. I feel badly I convinced my family to try this place after reading other negative reviews because they are all true. 🙃

We stayed overnight in late October. The amenities were very clean and well kept, the hub space was beautiful! The campsites were level with plenty of space. The campground is next to state land so very quiet and serene. Close to hiking trails. The owners were wonderful! We will be back!
Hot showers in a gorgeous heated bathroom that smelled pretty. Tent site with electric that was semi-set off from all the giant RVs. A playground that even a woman my age wanted to try out. The log teeter totter, the bouncy thing, the swings. I would have tried them if I didn't have my dogs. Hosts that were very gracious and accommodating. And a NO RADIO policy. That was THE BEST! So happy to see someone finally gets it. Oh, and laundry facility. So handy!
We loved our stay here. Very peaceful surroundings and very well kept facilities. Everyone was very friendly, the Hub was gorgeous and a great space for hiding out from a little rain.
