My 1st time here. Was a true blessing for me. Enjoyed the Peace & Serenity.
A great spot to be at. Beautiful landscape, sublimely quiet, nice weather in May and the cabins are made for families. The personnel in charge were very nice and they made you feel welcomed. I give it five stars.
The grounds are pretty and the cabins and dorm rooms are nice. Some dorm rooms have a handicap accessible bathroom with shower and shower chair. It is $25/person per night but there is a large kitchen and main dining area for all campers to share. And a church/gathering building.
Hosts are extremely friendly. I was pleased to see that each cabin has power with plenty of plugs. The on site bathrooms are clean. Easy access to Forrest service roads to explore!
Despite the elevation change (lol) I really enjoy this site. The site owners are total sweethearts and don't mind getting out and mingling whenever there are public events held there. The grass is always trimmed and the site is well taken care of.
