Absolutely amazing place. For those thinking about riding a motorcycle to this. I highly recommend not doing it on a Goldwing. But it is totally doable.

This place is awesome! There are no amenities (water, bathroom) and to get there you have to drive for 13 miles on gravel road. But it is totally worth it! Up there you will find solitude and amazing views of the Grand Canyon. If you need information about this place, I recommend stopping at the North Rim Country Store, on the main road. They were very helpful with giving us directions and tips about this place.

An otherworldly campsite. Get there fast because there are only 4 good spots, but it is so beautiful. Watch out! There are bats galore. However it is so pretty and you better wake up for the sunrise. Very bumpy road going up and takes forever but do it

Absolutely beautiful. We got here with no one in sight and snagged the perfect spot. Only a few other campers rolled in after us this afternoon. There is one pull through for a vehicle that is right on a nice overlook and a few other campsights within view of the rim.

The hour long dirt road up the mountain was worth the trip. Absolutely stunning up there. You’re on your own though. It’s just you and nature
