Sage Campground is a hidden gem nestled near Alcova, Wyoming, offering an affordable and convenient camping experience. Ideal for both tent campers and RV owners, this campground provides a perfect base for exploring the nearby Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks.
Surrounded by beautiful scenery, Sage Campground offers a mix of peaceful and bustling spots depending on your preference. The site is known for its affordability, with campsites priced at an attractive $10 per night, making it a great option for budget-conscious travelers.

Customers have shared mixed feedback. While many appreciate the affordability and scenic views, others found generator noise disruptive. However, those who managed to get a spot on non-peak days found their experience worthwhile.

Very nice views. Everyone else had generators, though at least they turned them off between 11pm and 6:30am. I would have thought that RVs would stay away from this place, but I think I saw three tents among the three campgrounds nearby, plus our pop-up, and then everyone else had large RVs. Every site except for the handicap sites were booked. We had been told that they never sell out except on July 4th, but that wasn't true. (Unless we would have been allowed to use the handicap sites, I'm not sure) Can't beat the $10 price though.
Expect to listen to generators all night long quiet hours are not enforced if you have that bad of a medical problem maybe you shouldn't be camping
Pathfinder is a great place to camp! Be sure to cut weeds and watch out for snakes tho.
Beautiful view and all campgrounds relatively close to vicinitys
Boat ramp os rough but they are building a new one
