Salem Premier RV Resort

Nicest RV park we've stayed in. Sites are cleaned and well maintained. They are strict on rules with creates a better environment for everyone. Dog park is the nicest one I've ever seen at an RV park. Never had any issues with management as they are very quick to let you know of any sort of issues and they address them appropriately. The propane service they provide is very convenient. I think the only thing I could complain about which is to no fault of the RV park is the location being right next to a very loud business doing things with countertops. Other than that the staff are friendly, neighbors are friendly, and sites are super nice.

Hello best RV park we've ever stayed in! We travel a lot around the PNW, and this was our first time staying at this RV park. The grounds are immaculately kept, and we really appreciated the massive dog runs and all of the clean up stations posted around the park. The sites are level, the grass is green and each site has a nice table and chairs. There is a playground, basketball and tennis court, as well as a large field. The bathrooms were so so so clean! They provided us with complimentary pick and drop off of our propane tanks after filling, first time we've ever had that service anywhere. Every staff member we met was welcoming, professional and hard at work! The pool area and common rooms are comfortable, and have everything needed for relaxing or entertaining. The office has a store with a little bit of everything you may need or might have forgotten, as well as all day coffee and cookies on Saturday mornings. Highly recommend this park, we will be back and hope to stay at their other locations. Great job Premier RV Resorts!

I'm so glad that I found this RV Park! I have lived in Salem Premier RV Park for almost one year and am very impressed with its beauty as well as the facilities and employees! Everyone treats me like family and I love the large pet areas for my dogs to run! The two Tylers as well as Marie, Denver and Stephanie are very fast to respond to any of my requests or needs! I would highly recommend a short or long term stay at this paradise on the river!

Came in just for one night, but highly recommend. Very clean place! Nice grassy spot next to rv spots. It has all of the amenities you could imagine. Super peaceful and quiet! The hosts were friendly.

Had to cancel a reservation, my original confirmation (email) showed a $10 charge for the cancellation. When I called they said they increased their cancellation rate to $25, although I had my confirmation showing only a $10 cancellation fee. Then she proceeds to tell me that they also don’t refund the pick your site $20. Again, my confirmation only showed a $10 total fee for cancellation. Then she says she just had to get an approval override. 30mins later I get a refund that was NOT the correct amount. My $10 cancelation fee turned into $30! I would not recommend this place solely on their terrible customer service and shady practice. I will also post on all the RV groups I’m a part of on Facebook as I’m disgusted by the dishonesty.
