We had a great experience with Salt Creek Resort. We stayed in a 2bed cabin and the ammenities all worked well. The hostess Donna was welcoming, friendly, and clearlu prides herself on creating an awesome experience for the guests. Clean pool, tons of stuff for keeping active kids busy, quick and convenient access to the lake. We had to drive up one exit further to launch our boat as the boat launch right near was too low. I'd happily make another trip and stay at this wonderful place!
Nice, clean campground. We were Met upon arrival in the later day to sign in by a friendly and helpful hostess. Decent sized pool. Community room appeared sizable and they offered ice. RV lot basically a parking lot, level, and FHU. Just what we needed for overnight. We have a 36 ft mobile home pulling a vehicle. Highly recommend you unhook vehicle before traveling Lower Salt Creek Rd, a very twisty narrow road, leading to the campground. Very close to a boat ramp. Pd. $71, typical of campgrounds with these amenities. Be sure to ask about WiFi at check in.
Two miles of a very curvy, steep, dangerous road with hairpin turns to get to basically a parking lot with hookups. Not my cup of tea. They did have a pool and were right on Lake Shasta. Overpriced.
❤️ My old childhood happy place. Where did the old anchored bbq party boat dock barge go. It's gone! Did it burn down?! Herb and Ida rolling in their graves! So, taking any reservations far ahead for 2045? I have plans! Please don't burn down! 🪐🌚☀️
I was the chosen applicant for becoming the new Camp host. My girlfriend and I drove up to be given a detailed explanation of our job. Both of the property managers were less interested in doing any training with the husband out sick the first two days. Then the wife was out for the next two as well. After a conversation very uninformed and disappointed five-day stay. We went back home following a that we would hear back from them the next day to pick a date as to when they would want us to start. Instead, we were told that they had changed their mind and were ² us drive there from the Central Coast, only to have them do the job themselves, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The grounds were poor condition etc.mold in the cabins. They need to remodel bad
