We have been coming here since 1998. ,it is the Nicest, of any of the parks on the Island. Security is Great, And the girls in the office are Friendly and always helpful. Always an activity to join, fun and entertainment. Clean bathrooms and pool. Plus being right on the lake.
We stayed @ the Beachcomber RV for 1 month in December 2023. The good: this is a very good location with lots of walking & bike trails. The club house building looks very new or newly renovated, the pool is nice with decent pool furniture. The staff would help out as much as they could. The laundry facility is very good the laundry system is no coins just a card that you load but it's all very easy and inexpensive. The bad: the water in the pool is very cold ( must not b heated). lots of people living there permanently and RV sites look like some residential yards (lots of junk). Nothing is enforced, if there is a road with no speed bumps then people will speed on it daily creating dust. There r 3 washrooms on site, 1 in the main club house & 2 others in the park area. All 3 need to be cleaned more frequently, right now it looks like once per week. The 2 satellite bathrooms r disgusting, spiders & other bugs hanging around the ceiling. Will never be back to this place, to expensive,don't waste your money, this is a rip off.
I work up here dynamic builders redoing trailers ,garages ,decks, start to finish been up here over 3 years doing places
